Facade architectural profiles
Our insulated panels â often referred to as Structural Insulated Panels or SIPs â contain a layer of specially-formulated, high-performance foam or mineral wool core between two sheets of hard-wearing galvanized steel. These versatile systems offer quick, simple installation, excellent insulation and fire resistance, and stunning aesthetic finishes on anything from commercial developments to warehouses or cold stores.
Wall sandwich panels
Our steel structural roof decking system can be used in combination with a finished surface type seal (bitumen or similar), with a finished surface of metal roofing (ribbed roof profile), or with a living green-roof system. Installed in a double skin system, roof trays deliver solutions which satisfy both the regulatory requirements of a project and the architectural constraints. They are both performant, from weight, thermal and acoustic perpectives.

Roof profiles
Consisting of high-quality steel sheet profiles beneath a layer of reinforced concrete, our composite floor systems â known as the Cofra® Range â are hugely popular. Once installed, the steel profile and the concrete work together as a composite slab. The system boosts material efficiency, simplifies installation and significantly reduces CO2 emissions when compared to precast concrete solutions.

Our wall liner trays are a component of double skin solutions. They can be used with different layers of thermal insulation, occasional spacers and external wall cladding profile. The acoustic performance is achieved using either type C (punctured) or type P (round perforations) trays.

Our range of modular cassettes is characterized by its consistently flat finish. Available in prepainted steel and other materials, our cassettes can be mounted with either visible or concealed fixings. They come with a full range of accessories which improve air- and watertightness and also enhance the final design of your facade. They are ideal for flat facades with vertical or horizontal shadow gaps and are compatible with our embossing process "Siloé" to leave a further customised footprint on the facade.
