Helioz Technologies is a Croatian company that develops product configuration solutions for architectural and mechanical product manufacturers. The company offers BIM content that is easily usable by all companies, containing a large amount of information with specific properties.
Helioz 
became a partner of BIM&CO in February 2020. Mia Velikanović, content creator at Helioz Technologies, explains her background. “I’ve been working at Helioz since the autumn of 2019. I started working with BIM tools at university. I was very interested in BIM because it helps to improve processes, communication and allows the job to get done faster and more efficiently”,BIM systems are the engine of architecture and civil engineering. “BIM&CO tools are simple and intuitive to use, yet very powerful, and that’s what I really like about them” she adds.
The Helioz Technologies teams were also involved in the creation of manufacturer content. The products for the company Aiphone, a specialist in the manufacture of intercom systems, were modelled in BIM format by their teams. Helioz content creator, Mia Velikanović, states: “The BIM&CO teams provide us with the manufacturer’s data through Onfly, which represents a significant time saving for both parties involved. We then import the data into Revit via the BIM&CO plugin, and create the geometry. Then, the objects are published in Revit or IFC format on bimandco.com.” Before publication, the objects are checked by the BIM&CO BIM Content Specialists and submitted to the customer for final validation.
“The technologies made available to us for the creation of generic or manufacturer objects allow us to save time, but also to generate objects of proven quality“, adds Mia Velikanović. Helioz also benefits from increased visibility through a dedicated “Content Partner” corporate page, available in seven languages.
Currently, more than 120 generic objects that meet various needs (medical equipment, method objects, outdoor elements…) have been published by Helioz on bimandco.com:
